Employer: Cake Shop, Dubai
Package: AED 5500 – AED 6000 (all inclusive)
Note: Candidates must have strong communication skills – written and verbal.
Job Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze sales reports in an effort to better identify which products are selling and which are not as popular with customers.
- Supervise the team at the shop.
- Responsible for recruiting, hiring, training and supervising the team.
- Must designate shift schedules of each employee based upon the coverage needs of the shop.
- Implements new guidelines such as marketing plans, initiates product changes and company policies.
- Must side by side help the team to take customer orders, answer questions, hear complaints and make suggestions based upon their taste.

Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's degree / higher diploma
Work Experience: 2 Years
Salary: AED 5500 – AED 6000 (all inclusive)
