Executive Merchant Acquisition
We are urgently hiring an "Executive Merchant Acquisition" for a well known Marketing and Advertising Firm in Dubai, UAE.
Note: The candidate must have work experience with the UAE, and should be available locally for the interviews.UAE Driving License holder.
Job Responsibilities: To achieve agreed sales targets and manage client relationships and portfolios for a specified geographical area and/or business/product in order to meet the strategic goals of the companyNeed to manage the Merchant Services portfolio. Needs to have at least 1 – 2 years of experience in Merchant Acquisition in Banks or Hotel sales. This candidate needs to be proficient in MS Office products and be very comfortable in presenting at senior levels.Responsible for connecting with merchants across dining and entertainmentThe core responsibilities of this person would be lead generation, building his merchant account portfolio. Maintaining ongoing good relationships with the merchant so as to cross sell to other clients.Making 50 to 60 calls per day to gain leads and acquire potential clients. Target oriented and result driven. Ability to convince merchants and minimize rejections over the phone.Develop and maintain internal stakeholders/external agencies and client relationships to achieve desired objectives of the company.Portfolio Management Monitor and control customer portfolios to achieve desired revenue through cross sell, upsell and retention.Implement approved departmental policies, processes and procedures, and ensure employee adherence so that work is carried out to the required standard while delivering the required standards of service to customers and stakeholders.Demonstrate our promise and apply the company service standards to deliver required levels of service in all internal and external customer interactions.

Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
Work Experience: 2 Years
Salary: 5,000 to 7,000 AED
This job is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
- Knowledge of merchant services and acquisition across dining, entertainment, retail, wellness, leisure, hotels etc.
- Good customer service skills and client retention.
- Able to generate new leads and maintain existing merchants.
- Good in sales.
- Target oriented, Result driven, Good team player, great analytical and problem solving and Excellent communication skills.
- Should be ready for both tele and field sales as the situation demands.
