Job Brief:
We are urgently hiring a 'Business Development Manager' for a well-known HR Consultancy in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Job Responsibilities:
Key Objectives:
• Responsible for reaching out to SMEs and MNCs to understand their hiring needs.
• Should have skills and experience in understanding how various businesses work, the nuances and challenges facing various industries and a broad understanding of HR challenges and functions in the UAE.
• Understanding the business scenario and assisting business heads and management in all areas of Human Resources and Marketing including Business Development and Client Acquisition.
Key Result Areas:
• Proactively generate leads and referrals, reach out and contact management / senior HR decision makers in UAE based organizations.
• Arrange & attend meetings, follow up and discuss employer needs in a consultative manner.
• Be well versed in Human Capital platform functionalities, candidate demographics and general employment trends in the region.
• Attend Human Resources events plus any other networking events in the annual calendar.
• Strategic decision making with regards to account management and proposal creation.
• Ongoing relationship management / CRM with your accounts.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, industry knowledge, current expertise and existing contacts.
• Build and maintain good relationship with existing clients in order to facilitate repeat business.
• Work together with the internal researchers to match the candidates to the profile and create a shortlist.
• Overall responsibility of man power planning and recruitment.
