Property Manager

Job Brief:

We are urgently hiring a 'Property Manager' for a well-known Real Estate company in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Job Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

OFFICE

• Attend to incoming calls and co-ordinate with concern staff.
• Office cleanliness – Arrange for periodic cleaning of the office and Replenishing refreshments for the office ie. Water, plastic cups, tissue, tea etc
• Arranging Office Stationery.
• Maintaining Staff Attendance and leave records.
• Monthly office utility bills paid on time i.e. DEWA and DU.
• Follow up on Staff visa, health Card, Emirates ID renewals.
• Co-ordinate office Trade License, insurance, Establishment Card renewals and office tenancy.
• Filing
• Ensure CRM System data is upto date.
• Coordinating with staff relating to advertising properties on Website, Dubizzle, Bayout etc,.
• Assisting the accounts division as and when needed.

PROPERTY WORK

• Liaise with tenants in regard to any issues and to resolve on instructions/advise by the Manager.
• Preparing Tenancy Contract for Tenants and renewal letters.
• Sending out renewal letters to tenant 90 days before expiry of the contract.
• Co-ordinating the Maintenance work as and when required with the Suppliers.
• Filing all required emails and other documents relating to individual tenants & Landlords.
• As and when required carry out Property Inspections.
• Follow up on leasing of vacant units in co-ordination with the Agents.
• Co-ordinate with DREC on sub lease and main lease tax payments on warehouses
• As and when required assist in check-in and check out of tenants and liaise with Landlords on Security Deposit refunds.
• To liaise with owner associations relating to service charge payments by Landlords for the concern properties on quarterly basis.
• Any other work as and when required to be done/instructed.
